Where we ship
We ship worldwide, with a few exceptions. Due to international shipping restrictions, we do not currently ship to: Bahamas, Yemen, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, and Syria.
Shipping costs
- Free standard shipping on orders over $50 USD (regular-priced items).
- Flat-rate standard shipping: $8.95 USD on orders under $50.
- Promotional "free" products still require a $8.95 USD handling & shipping charge.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days before they ship. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after processing:
United States
- Standard / free shipping: 8–12 business days
- Expedited: 6–10 business days
International
- Select countries (Canada, UK, Germany, Australia, and similar): 6–12 business days
- Other countries (Israel, Japan, Brazil, and similar): 10–20 business days
Tracking & address changes
You will receive a tracking email once your order ships. If you need to correct your shipping address, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, parcels enter fulfillment and cannot be rerouted.
Lost or undelivered packages
